Safety & Rules
At Gravity, your safety is our number one priority as we want you to have the most fun while you are our guest. Jumping on trampolines is a potentially dangerous activity and is categorised as an extreme sport. Because of this it is very important that all jumpers understand the risks and follow the rules, safety guidelines and always jump within their own ability.
Our rules and safety guidelines are designed to minimise the risk of injury to both yourself and other jumpers. The Jump Gravity Team are always present to ensure that all our rules are adhered to and are always available to discuss any concerns you may have.
We accept no responsibility for any injuries that occur as a consequence of using our equipment, therefore, it is highly recommended that all of our guests read our guidelines below to ensure that together we can minimise the occurrence of injury.
We have designed the highest quality park at Gravity and conduct regular inspections ensure that all our equipment is safe and secure for our guests. We train our staff to the highest standards and to ensure your safety we have a scheduled maintenance executed by trained staff on a daily and weekly basis across all our equipment.
GENERAL RULES AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Always obey the instructions given by The Jump Gravity team.
- Always watch out for other jumpers and always jump within your own abilities.
- NO children under the age of 5 are allowed to jump in the main Gravity Trampoline Zones.
- To ensure a fun and safe jumping environment for all, we ask that you ALWAYS adhere to the following safety rules and guidelines:
- Enter and exit the trampoline areas cautiously
- Read the rules posted in each zone of the park (i.e. Dodgeball, The Foam Pit, Super Trampoline and Wall, Basketball etc.)
- Adhere to the age, weight and height restrictions for each area
- Gravity Grip socks must be worn at all times
- Always jump within your abilities and follow the rules
- Jump with two feet and flexed knees
- Always be aware of your surroundings and keep a safe distance from other jumpers
- Only one bouncer per trampoline
- No double bouncing – bouncing someone else higher
- No wrestling, tackling or shoving
- No leaning or climbing on netting
- No sitting or lying on the trampoline mats or foam pads
- No mobile phones or cameras on the bounce arena
- No food, drinks or chewing gum allowed on the bounce arena
- No bouncing under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level
- Remove all items from your pockets before entering the bounce arena
- No keys, keychains, sharp or pointed items on the bounce arena
- No belt buckles or studs on clothing
- Do not leave clothing on the bounce arena, use lockers provided
